Netflix wants me to start an account. I already have an account.
If you already have an account for Netflix and you tried logging in to no avail, most likely you are using the wrong email address or password. Go to the Netflix site and choose lost password. Enter the email address you used to sign up for Netflix. If you get an email from them it will give you instructions on how to reset your password; by receiving an email from Netflix, it also verifies that you are using the correct email that you used to sign up for Netflix. If you don't receive a password reset email, you need to go back to the Netflix site and do a forgot password and enter in another one of your email addresses you have --and have access to. You can also do a "forgot username" option as well and it will take you through some questions to verify your identity.
