Hi,
a 6ya expert can help you resolve that issue over the phone in a minute or two.
best thing about this new service is that you are never placed on hold and get to talk to real repairmen in the US.
the service is completely free and covers almost anything you can think of (from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones).
click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.
goodluck!

SOURCE: cell stolen; Anyway to delete, block, lock personal pics & info?

Unfortunately, any files on that phone is open for viewing to the beholder. If you are willing to risk any charges I would leave it on for a couple of days to see if any phone calls are made to track down and give to authorities.

How to format my motorola e8 ..i dont know what the code of this phone .. can u me please

There are two types of phone code lock.

User applied, which is usually a problem on second hand, found or stolen phones. To get around this you have to do a Factory Reset. The problem with the instructions below is that you can't get into the phone to access settings. I would suggest you contact Motorola. Some phones can be reset by connecting to a computer using software supplied by the maker.

To Delete all Phone Data:

Caution: This option erases all information you have entered (including contacts and calendar entries) and content you have downloaded (including photos and sounds) stored in your phone's memory. After you erase the information, you can't recover it.

This option does not delete SIM card information:
  1. Press Menu
  2. Scroll to Settings and Press OK
  3. Scroll to Phone Settings and Press OK
  4. Scroll to Reset and Press OK
  5. Scroll to Delete All Data and Press OK

A PUK code request. This can only come from the carrier who usually own the phone under an unexpired contract. There is no way around this.

Stolen phone

If your phone was stolen, contact your cellular service provider to have the phone blocked. You might also want to report it to the police and your insurance agent.

If you found a phone you suspect was stolen, turn it in to the police.

Lost my phone

If your mobile phone is lost or stolen you can inform your cell phone provider with your IMEI number. Your cell phone provider can then put the serial number on a shared database. This list stops this particular phone from registering on any network and will be useless for anyone even if the mobile phone\'s SIM card is changed.
Your best bet is to ring your cell phone and hope the person who answers your cell phone will return your phone to you. If your cell phone is GPS enabled then it is possible to track, but you need to contact your cell phone service provider. Otherwise I suggest you contact your cell phone provider ASAP. I bought a blackberry curve 9300 off of my mate and the phone is bocked and he said that is is a stolen phone so how can i sort it out

1. If the phone was stolen. That should have been a flag right there to not buy it.2. Due to the fact that you admitted the phone is stolen. I'm going to refuse to answer this question because it's illegal. 3. Best advice. Don't buy stolen things, and get better friends.

Lost or stolen phone

No the tomtom is used to receive satellite data, it can not transmit data unless you have a bluetooth model, then it can connect to your phone if the unit is on.

If lost or stolen you can register it at the following website. If it is recovered then they will return it to you.
