SOURCE: Hello I have an Buell

The rear seat is held on with a lock operated by your ignition key. You will find a Buell tool kit under there also.

2010 Buell 1125CR. Why my 2010 dual 1125CR will only open up if I put air in the tank?

Question edited for clarity. Presumably you mean 'Buell' and not 'dual'.
Question moved to make model category.

The throttle bodies are in what looks like the fuel tank. Make sure they are clean. also make sure the air filter is clean and there are no obstructions.

A fully charged 2month old battery lasts about 25 miles before battery light starts flashing on my 09 buell 1125cr

Use a voltmeter and take a reading at the battery with the bike running. It should read around 14 volts. if it's 12v or under, you have a bad alternator, regulator, or a wiring/connector problem.
