Iam taking Rosuvastatin 5mg and crampeze have sore muscles back pain also in my chest

Many people don't tolerate statin drugs well. One of the most common complaints is muscle/joint soreness. Sometimes a person can take this class of drugs for many years before developing this intolerance. You need to see your doc and explain when you started having these pains. There are other alternatives out there which accomplish, perhaps not as effectively, the same thing - to lower your cholesterol. Perhaps he can recommend some other cocktail. The same thing happened to me after using simvastatin for many years. I now take folic acid, sublingual B12 and B6 instead. They don't keep my cholesterol nearly as low as the simvastatin, but I don't have the muscle/joint aches I had before. See your doc. I am in no way urging you to do the same, but there are alternatives. . .

HDL & LCL & Triglycerides

fats in the blood or arteries still bad to have high numbers
if you want to live a bit longer
medications and diet control required to manage this condition

our total cholesterol score is calculated using the following equation: HDL + LDL + 20 percent of your triglyceride level. HDL (good) cholesterol. With HDL cholesterol, higher levels are better. Low HDL cholesterol puts you at higher risk for heart disease.

What will happen when I eat purely fatty foods without carbohydrates?and why will I feel That way???

the fatty foods will increase your blood pressure..and will cause heart issues..like irregular beating or ..high pulse..This will happen cause the fat in the food is only generating bad cholesterol ..and it is deposing on the blood vessels ..causing increase blood pressure that can lead to a heart attack or a aneurism ..(vessel accident on brain ) ..The lack of carbohydrates will also decrease your ability to function normal cause they are the main energy providers..(but not in excess ) In short ..you will get apathetic ..have no will to move ..cause of the lack of energy ..and it is a vicious circle ..cause the less you move ..the more cholesterol will be deposited on the arteries , so the more the risk ..
The best way is not to eliminate one food category ..but equilibrating them ..so that you will have enough of all ..
