I have two charges on my bill. What is a virtual charge

Your question is incomplete. Please add details using the Comment menu choice.

It sounds like your credit card bill, perhaps you paid "virtually", that is, not in person, and gave the credit card number and made authorization over the phone or using the internet, but without handing over your credit card in person.

Check with your bank or credit card company.

FIXYA did not bill you. It is a free service given by unpaid volunteers who live all over the world, using the internet.

What is debit?

Debit is money you have. Credit is money you owe.

A DEBIT card takes money instantly from your bank account. A CREDIT card puts a charge on your bill and you are sent a statement at the end of the billing peroid.

How do I stop the 14 day trial I don't want it to go on my credit card

First, call the credit card company and tell them that possible unauthorized charges may be showing up on your account. Send the company that is charging your card a message via their "contact us" link, let them know you are stopping any further charges, have contacted your credit card company and to stop billing you.

You billed my credit card a purchase I never made how do I remove it? ALSO, I do not recall ever giving you my Discover Card...what do I do?

A charge from apple? When you sign up for an iTunes account, it will ask for your credit card details, then when you make a purchase from the iTunes/App Store, the card will be charged.

What's the difference between a credit card and a debit card?

Credit cards work on "credit"
meaning that the card company trusts that you are good for the money and you
pay a bill at the end of the month. Debt
cards are similar to credit cards in the way that you can pay for things
without cash. However, when a charge
goes through on a debit card it is taken immediately and directly out of your
bank account. Many people prefer this
method because it prevents you from going into credit card debt.

Pay bill by credit card

Im not sure which country you live and the banking system regulations
you might be better of paying bills through a direct debit to avoid cash price penalties which banks charge for credit card payments
but to answer your question you should be able to pay bills by your credit card as long as you have a good credit rating (you might not need a rating at all)
hope this helps

ear "FixYa" team,
I was very disappointed to discover that your computer ad was dishonest. You advertised that a "Single Repair Call," without a membership, would cost $12.99, Instead I see that you charged $19.99 for my service call. Since I clearly specified "a one time call," my charge should have been only $12.99. Please credit the difference back to my credit card account or I will charge you with "False Advertising. Recorder was defective and is being returned to seller.
Thank you, Sino Chika
