Bitter taste


You will likely find the bitterness is a function of your coffee bean choice or the 'roast' component of that coffee. Darker roasts tend to taste bitter.

try to clean it external evaporator and internal evaporator of the machine maybe some left over water is stock in the internal evaporator that's why its cousing the smell.
