A number of Samsung TVs had a bad capacitor. It splits on top. ther are kits on Amazon & EBay for DIY fix or take it to a pro.

Turn it off and then on. If no joy, turn off again, take battery out, put back in and turn on. Check your default ring (it could be set to "nothing," then volume won't help). Call your cell provider if they provide this model. They should know quickly what to do. If they don't solve it in 20 minutes, ask to "escalate the call." Don't be surprised if you get transferred (to someone smarter).

I only know in blackberry, we can use mep code to perform unlocking process even we don't know the original network provider. But i never heard if samsung have kind of mep code, but don't worry you still can unlock samsung b3410 without any samsung unlock code, just bring your samsung to nearest local mobile repair shop and ask cable unlock process. That method will force your samsung configuration reset to default factory setting and you can use any sim card from other network after it. Sounds great right!

Look on the power supply board for bad capacitors they will be swollen or vented on Top.

it saids recovering fireware evertime i have it on and it dons not go away and i can not turn it off. it turn off when there is no batter left

remove the Batter and press the power button for 10 sec
replug the battery and turn on the PC ..

It's not the camera. Are your batteries suggested for digital camera use? Have you checked the expiry date? this camera is quite the battery ****- even if your batteries show up as fully charged, a lot of brand's don't have enough power to support this camera, so MAKE sure you buy good batteries.
