SOURCE: ipod nano went thru washer, now won't work

I did the exact same thing to my iPod nano 3rd gen. I discovered it by the noise it made in the dryer when it fell out of the pocket. Clack! Clack! It seemed dead, but it made a full recovery. What I did was put it on the dashboard of my car for a couple of sunny days to dry out, recharged it, and it was fine. If you have particularly hard water, maybe you'd want to try dipping it in some distilled water just to get rid of any mineral residue before drying it out. I'm impressed with how tough these dudes are. Good luck.

SOURCE: ipod adapter clear

Sorry, it 'WILL NOT' charge a 4G Nano on this Dock no matter which adapter you use!!

Clear Adapters have small numbers on them which relate to different iPods - A reference sheet relating to these numbers is enclosed with the Adapter Pack!

How to use the Nike + iPod Sport Kit

1.Place the sensor in your left Nike+ shoe - in the built-in pocket beneath the insole. You can leave the sensor in your shoe even when you're not working out. 2.Attach the receiver to your iPod nano. It fits snugly into the dock connector, located on the bottom of iPod nano next to the headphone jack. iPod touch has built-in Nike+ support, so no receiver is necessary. 3.Hit the ground running with workout-based voice feedback, Nike Sport Music content, and your favourite playlists or songs that keep you pumping.

Ipod in chinese dont know how to switch back to english.

If you accidentally set iPod nano to use a language you don’t understand
    You can reset the language.
1 Press and hold Menu until the main menu appears.
2 Choose the sixth menu item (Settings).
3 Choose the last menu item (Reset Settings).
4 Choose the first item (Reset) and select a language.
Other iPod nano settings, such as song repeat, are also reset.
Note: If you added or removed items from the iPod nano main menu (see “Adding or
Removing Items on the Main Menu” on page 11) the Settings menu item may be in a
different place. If you can’t find the Reset Settings menu item, you can restore
iPod nano to its original state and choose a language. See “Updating and Restoring
    iPod Software” on page 69.

How do I prevent my ipod volume from getting too loud?

First off, use the "MENU" button to navigate to the very top of your iPod menu, then choose "Settings":Within settings, you'll find "Volume Limit": Choose that and you can now specify the maximum allowable volume that the iPod will play by simply spinning the wheel clockwise or counterclockwise:Like your new setting? Push the button in the middle of the wheel to set it, then enter a four-digit combination to lock it in place:"Set Combination" looks pretty cool, actually, kinda like some safe cracking game or something:

If your ipod is in your pocket, you can use the hold button at the top of the ipod

    Ipod nano video

At first, iPod nano supports MP4, M4V formats only.
So secondly, you need software to convert videos of other formats to MP4 or M4V. Then use iTunes to sync your iPod nano. I prefer to use Aimersoft Video Converter to do that. I think a step-by-step guide will be helpful. Here is the link:

    Good luck.
