The Parts Schematic does't show one, just a thermal fuse on the frother / steam injector. Saeco are not a nice company to deal with based on a query I dealt with last week. A 3 grand machine and they wanted a guy to pay for them to tell him how to reset it himself!
Should be just a matter of switching the machine off, if it doesn't prime then switch off, leave a few minutes and try again *obviously making sure there's water in the tank....
HI When you first turn the machine on, push the water button and open the knob on the right. It should take about 30 seconds to a minute to get water. If it is taking longer turn it off and let it set for 30 minutes, then try again. If the pump sounds louder than normal, turn it off and get you priming tool.
The pump could be out or it could just need primed.
Saeco sells a cheap hand pump that you insert into the receiver and force water into the system while the pump is pumping. This will often prime the pump and get things going.
Call 1 800 933 7876 and tell one of the customer service reps you need a priming pump.
