I have a GP 5000 I modify it and the fellow is bankruptcy and it doesn't work properly and MINELAB NOW they said no I must find someone else

Just to help answer your question better, are you talking about the GP family of generators from Generac GP-5500? Are you making any Voltage?

My Minelab E-Trac will not turn on. I have charged the battery and it will not work. Help!

Assuming you haven't dropped it, banged it or otherwise abused it the most likely problem is that battery. If your machine came with a spare alkaline battery holder I'd suggest filling that up and trying it that way. If it works your NiMh battery is bad. If not you'll know it's the machine. Those E-Tracs have exceptional warranties and Minelab is amazing about servicing them. I'll add a link to the correct battery at the minelab outpost.

Basically, anything more than the battery will need to be fixed by Minelab. I would bet anything you've just got a bad battery!

I have 2 Ionic Breeze GP units with 8 year warranty, where do I get warranty work done. They are both not working. I have paper work for warranty. Can you help.

The bad news is Sharper Image recalled the units. They got into a legal squabble over the product with Consumer Reports on the unit based on an article they ran. Sharper Image couldn't prove how the unit worked so they lost the suit and had to pay all the legal bills forcing the company into bankruptcy.

None functioning product

Submit Proof of Claims to the bankruptcy court. Form can be pulled from the website. That's what I did. Cannot turn on the unit.
