The model number is not enough info but assuming it's a run of the mill, Home Depot or Craftsman type electric air compressor, you need to buy compressor pump oil at Wal Mart or an auto parts store. Please don't use Automotive motor oil because that's not going to withstand the heat of your compressor pump and you'll be buying a new compressor because of it. If your compressor has a gasoline, 4 Hp. motor, it needs Mobil 1 synthetic and change it after every 30 hours of operation.

What is the oil type and oil/gas mix ratio needed for the Troy Bilt 31cc blower (TB310QS)?

I always suggest using a full synthetic 2 stroke oil for these machines. It provides superior lubrication qualities and burns cleaner than conventional oil. The fuel/oil mix ratio is 40:1. That is 3.2 ounces of oil mixed in 1 US gallon of gas. Half that to mix up a 1/2 gallon. You can find this info and more in your manual. The fuel info is located on page 10.

You will need Adobe Reader installed on your computer to view your manual as it is in PDF format. If you don't have it, you can get a free download from their site. It is safe.

Hi,I got a Ingersoll Rand type 30 model 234 compressor. It looks good but it has no motor.I'm thinking like 120v,3horses?,but not sure about rpm.any help would be nice.thanks

According to the information you provided your looking at a 10 HP motor at three phase. Do you have three phase at your location? If not I would look into getting a single phase compressor. If you do want to get it going I would notify your local IR dealer so they can get you the right Model number, RPM, Pulley and Motor Frame Size to match your unit.

Please read below....Jim...if this helped you please send me a positive response...Thanks!

What is the gas oil mixture for the 2 hp craftsman tiller One gallon of gas to ??? what type oil and how much per gallon of regular unleaded gas

You want 2 stroke oil, if it uses premix. You can buy little bottles of two stroke oil that are the exact amount you need for a a gallon of gas, or you can buy bottles with built in measurers to measure for whatever amount of gas. I usually use a 32:1 or 40:1 ratio on my equipment. You will find the two stroke oil in the lawn and garden section, automotive section, and in the marine section of most super stores (i.e. Walmart)
