It depends on where it broke. If it broke at the transmitter or computer, you're probably out of luck. Otherwise, you should be able to splice the broken ends together and have working as good as new.

How to install seat

Bicycle seats just slip over the vertical pipe into the pinch clamp. Tighten the clamp after installed. If the clamp is to narrow to allow it to slide over the pipe then loosen the bolt or remove it and spread the clamp apart a little then put it back together.

The belt broke on this unit...how do I install it?

Unplug the power cord or shutting off the circuit breaker. Remove the belt guard loosen the four bolts that hold the motor to the compressor frame. The holes in the frame are slotted to move the motor for belt tensioning. Remove the old belt by pushing the motor toward the compressor. Place the new belt on the pulleys and hand tighten the four motor bolts. Align the two pulleys with each other. Apply a little tension on the V-belt. Place the bar at the base of the motor and push the motor back using the frame of the compressor as the leverage point & deflect the belt downwards with your finger. You should have approximately ½ inch of free belt deflection. Tighten all four motor mounting bolts & check the deflection of the V-belt and the alignment between the pulleys again. Realign or re-tension as necessary. A correct fit will ensure proper operation of the air compressor. Replace the belt guard on the air compressor and reapply the power. Check the belt movement through the guard and for proper operation of the compressor by following the manufacturer's instructions.

GENERATOR DRIVE BELT INSPECTION

1. Check the drive belt and pulley for wear, cracks, and fraying. Replace if necessary.

2. Measure the drive belt tension with a tension gauge.

Tension lb (N)

3. Measure the deflection by applying moderate pressure (221b,[9S N]) midway

between the pulleys. Adjust if necessary.

Deflection lb (N)

Adjustment

1. Loosen the generator mounting bolt and adjusting bolt.

2. Deflect the generator to achieve the specified deflection.

3. Tighten all bolts and recheck the tension.

Image

Replacement

1. Remove the A'C and PS drive belt, if equipped.

2. Loosen the generator mounting bolt and adjusting bolt.

3. Remove the generator belt.

4. Install the new generator belt and adjust it to specification.

5. Tighten all bolts to the specified torque.

Tightening torque:

Mounting bolt:

2 7-38 ft-lb (37-52 Nm)

Adjusting bolt:

14-19 ft-lb (19-25 Nm)

6. Install the AC and PS drive belt: if equipped. and adjust to specification.

I believe I need to replace the motor. My cooler started making a loud noise and then just shut off and now it won't turn on at all. I'm new to this and have to do it myself but I'm having trouble finding...

Hi!!
DISCONNECT POWER TO UNIT BEFORE SERVICING.
There is not much to it, to access the belt/motor, remove side panels, loosen motor base bolts and push motor inwards to relieve pressure on belt. (you have to do this even if the belt broke off in order to install the new one), remove old belt and install new one. Slide/Pull back to tense belt. Proper tension is achieved when push belt with your finger between pulleys and the deflection is about 1/2"
Good Luck!!! Don't forget to rate this post!!!
