Line Fuse If the washer won't start the line fuse might have blown.
Thermal Fuse If the washer won't start the thermal fuse may have blown. It can be tested for continuity. Watch our fuse testing video for more information.

My line won't rewind on my Shakespeare Encore reel. After casting, the bail snaps in place, but when I reel in, the line won't reel in. The spool turns with the bail, but doesn't retriev

Your line is on the wrong side of the bail. Rethread the line so its over the bail so that after the cast you flip it up it catches the line and retracts it.

Bibbliography of real numbers

Real Numbers are just numbers like: 1 12.38 -0.8625 3/4 ?2 1998 In fact:

Nearly any number you can think of is a Real Number
Real Numbers include: yes.gif Whole Numbers (like 1,2,3,4, etc) yes.gif Rational Numbers (like 3/4, 0.125, 0.333..., 1.1, etc ) yes.gif Irrational Numbers (like ?, ?3, etc )

Real Numbers can also be positive, negative or zero.
So ... what is NOT a Real Number? no.gif ?-1 (the square root of minus 1) is not a Real Number, it is an Imaginary Number no.gif Infinity is not a Real Number And there are also some special numbers that mathematicians play with that are not Real Numbers
Why are they called "Real" Numbers?

Because they are not Imaginary Numbers.
The Real Numbers did not have a name before Imaginary Numbers were thought of. They got called "Real" because they were not Imaginary. That is the actual answer!
The Real Number Line The Real Number Line is like an actual geometric line.
A point is chosen on the line to be the "origin", points to the right will be positive, and points to the left will be negative.

real-number-line.gif A distance is chosen to be "1", and the whole numbers can then be marked off: {1,2,3,...), and also in the negative direction: {-1,-2,-3, ...}
Any point on the line is a Real Number:

  • The numbers could be rational (like 20/9)
  • or irrational (like ?)
But you won't find Infinity, or an Imaginary Number.
Real does not mean they are in the real world blue-speech.gif They are not called "Real" because they show the value of something real.
In mathematics we like our numbers pure, if we write 0.5 we mean exactly half, but in the real world half may not be exact (try cutting an apple exactly in half).

My 50 inch hitachi hd projection tv picture won't

This T.V. more than likely has a bad lamp. I don't know the model number so look up on ebay for a lamp replacement by model number after you inspect it and find it to look cloudy or exploded.

I have Lexmark X125 and get message "Check Cartride" I put a new Black Cartride in and get message " None Changed" Printer won't print. What can I do?

What is the black cartridge version that you are using on your Lexmark X125 printer? If you are inserting a photo cartridge on your printer, please follow these steps: 1. Remove the black cartridge and insert the photo cartridge. The printer LCD screen will display CARTRIDGE? NONE CHANGED. 2. Press the Options button to select NEW RIGHT and then press Start. The printer LCD screen will now display RIGHT CARTRIDGE? 3. Use the Options button to select the STD PHOTO cartridge type and click Start. An Alignment page will then print. When the Alignment page is fully printed, the LCD screen will display CARTRIDGE ALIGN. 15 [00-30] A , where - 15 represents the straightest line on the page; - [00-30] is the value range you can select from, between 00 and 30 - A represents the line in each section. 4. Use the numbers on the keypad to select the number of the line you think is the straightest. As you press the number, the LCD will change to the next line automatically. Select the number representing the straightest line in each section.
