Go to ur phones bluetooth settings - activate pair new device - at the same time press and hold the on button on your blue tooth head set for about 10-15 seconds - this will enter the device into pair mode - on your phone - click on pair with new device etc etc, the default access code is either 0000 or 1234

SOURCE: pairing bluetooth
Erase bluetooth's memory first. Hold both volume buttons along with call button for 10 seconds. Then shut it off and back on. When you turn back on it will take a couple seconds and will stay lit blue. At that time, you need to go into your phone's bluetooth status and add a new device. The passcode is 0000. Good luck!

You need to put the Car Kit in pairing mode, usually done by starting with the power off and holding the power button till the light flashed Red and Blue or solid Blue.
Then search for the car kit from your phone. Once found pair using pin code (pass key) 0000 or 1111 or 1234.

Be sure the the headset in in 'Pairing' mode.
When in pairing mode, the light should be flashing red and blue or have a steady blue.
The put most headsets in pairing mode, turn headset OFF, then hold the power button until it goes into pairing mode as discribed above. Then you can discover it with your phone. Pin (pass key) should be 0000 (4 Zeros) or try 1111, 1234, 9999

Pairing Bluetooth Devices
Posters often ask "How do I pair my Bluetooth ???" Insert whatever device you have at the question marks.
Generally, you need to read the instructions for the camera, headset, speakers or whatever the Bluetooth device is.
Roughly speaking though.
Settings - Bluetooth - Search, on the Android, iPhone, Windows phone whatever.
With camera, speaker, headphones or whatever the Bluetooth device is, you have to press a button on that device to send out the signal. On my Bowers and Wilkins T6 Speakers, there is a button on the top with the Bluetooth symbol on it. This is the part people usually don't do and ask for advice, thinking it will do this automatically.
When the Android device recognises it, click Pair, and if it asks for a code, the Default is '0000', (four zeros, no quotes).
