SOURCE: Will not print shows open heat error cycle power

First try turning the machine off and back on. If they error continues you most likely need to replace the fuser (part number 126N00265 for 110V U.S. or 126N00266 for the 220V U.K. version). ItemInc.com has these in stock and ships same day. Just open the rear door and unscrew the 4 screws using a phillips screw driver to remove it. Here is a video that shows you how. Hope this helps, and thanks for using FixYa!

I have error 6E on my samsung washer

If during the spin cycle, the error code could be an error with the printed circuit board assembly of the washer. This means that the temperature readings are incorrect and the error will continue to display.

E6 error code indicates that the water heater is heating water too fast. Press the power button once to clear the error and finish the cycle before repair.

Open heat error

From looking at the manual it looks as if you have a faulty thermistor. When warming up, it has to heat up to at least 60 degrees. If it stays lower then 60 degrees celsius for over 35 seconds and doesn't reach 60 within that time frame then that would cause the open heat error that is happening on your machine.
