Only way to give you a "dead on" diagnosis would be to do some hands on testing. In general, overheating caused by a cylinder head gasket is accompanied by coolant loss out the tailpipe or into the engine oil. You can have the cooling system dye tested for hydrocarbons. . That would give you a definite answer as to the head gasket condition.
Flushing often is not effective in clearing a radiator. The chemicals that were used in the past have pretty much been banned. Radiator cores are not made from copper or brass either, so chems are generally too mild to work. Flushing simply cleans the core passages that are flowing and goes around the ones that are obstructed. Frontal area on modern vehicles is very small so radiators have very little margin for safety and once partially plugged, will give you problems.
If your electric fan is coming on when it should, and the hydrocarbon test shows no problems, take a second look at the radiator and go from there. Also make sure if the cooling system has bleed valves that all air has been purged.
As far as $2,000 for head gaskets, seems a bit high but if that's the going price in your area, I'd probably not do the job unless the remainder of the car is in exceptional condition.

A1C: 7%
A1CA1C is a test that measures a person's average blood glucose level over the past 2 to 3 months. Hemoglobin (HEE-mo-glo-bin) is the part of a red blood cell that carries oxygen to the cells and sometimes joins with the glucose in the bloodstream. Also called hemoglobin A1C or glycosylated (gly-KOH-sih-lay-ted) hemoglobin, the test shows the amount of glucose that sticks to the red blood cell, which is proportional to the amount of glucose in the blood.X may also be reported as eAG: 154 mg/dlmilligrams (MILL-ih-grams) per deciliter (DESS-ih-lee-tur), a unit of measure that shows the concentration of a substance in a specific amount of fluid. In the United States, blood glucose test results are reported as mg/dL. Medical journals and other countries use millimoles per liter (mmol/L). To convert to mg/dL from mmol/L, multiply mmol/L by 18. Example: 10 mmol/L ?¯?¿?½ 18 = 180 mg/dL.X
  • Before a meal (preprandial plasma glucose): 80-130 mg/dl
  • 1-2 hours after beginning of the meal (Postprandial plasma glucose)*: Less than 180 mg/dl

    Blood test results

Blood tests sometimes called blood panels, are one of a physician's most basic tools. Not that long ago, doctors diagnosed patients through observation and the patients' answers to questions.
Blood tests allow a doctor to see a detailed analysis of any disease markers, the nutrients and waste products in your blood as well as how various organs (e.g., kidneys and liver) are functioning.
During a physical examination, your doctor will often draw blood for chemistry and complete blood count (CBC) tests as well as a lipid profile, which measures cholesterol and related elements.

My blood pressure averages from 160-191 for instance the reading i took a few minutes ago was 181/107 and pulse reading of 112 this isn't unusual. what should i do

Hope you have your affairs in order because with a BP like that you are a walking b-mb waiting to go off! Till those doctors get their sh-- together you must do all possible to reduce that pressure. If overweight, and you probably are, lose it. Do not eat processed foods that are high in sodium .
Cut down on the amount of fluids you ingest - take diuretics to get rid of excess body fluid. Cook without adding salt.
Do some exercise to help get rid of body fat and build up more muscle tissue. If you have cholesterol issues take safe meds to dissolve that cr-p and open up your arteries.

If I have scared you, that's good because if you do not take proactive steps your kid is gonna be orphaned.

    Good luck!!!!!!!!!!!!!

What is a psa blood test

It means Prostate Specific Antigen. It is a test for possible prostate cancer in men. It is a controversial test because some types of prostate cancer are not aggressive and routine mass testing is not thought necessary by some opinions.

    Low blood sodium symptons

Please go to this link on the Mayo clinic website. They have good advice. I hope you are feeling better soon:
    http://www.mayoclinic.org/diseases-conditions/hyponatremia/basics/causes/con-20031445
Here is part of the information they have:
Sodium plays a key role in your body. It helps maintain normal blood pressure, supports the work of your nerves and muscles, and regulates your body's fluid balance.
A normal sodium level is between 135 and 145 milliequivalents per liter (mEq/L) of sodium. Hyponatremia occurs when the sodium in your blood falls below 135 mEq/L.
Many possible conditions and lifestyle factors can lead to hyponatremia, including:
    • Certain medications. Some medications, such as some water pills (diuretics), antidepressants and pain medications, can cause you to go to the bathroom and empty your bladder or perspire more than normal.
    • Heart, kidney and liver problems. Congestive heart failure and certain diseases affecting the kidneys or liver can cause fluids to accumulate in your body, which dilutes the sodium in your body, lowering the overall level.
    • Syndrome of inappropriate anti-diuretic hormone (SIADH).In this condition, high levels of the anti-diuretic hormone (ADH) are produced, causing your body to retain water instead of excreting it normally.
    • Chronic, severe vomiting or diarrhea. This causes your body to lose fluids and electrolytes, such as sodium.
    • Drinking too much water. Because you lose sodium through sweat, drinking too much water during endurance activities, such as marathons and triathlons, can dilute the sodium content of your blood. Drinking too much water at other times can also cause low sodium.
    • Dehydration. Taking in too little fluid can also be a problem. If you get dehydrated, your body loses fluids and electrolytes.
    • Hormonal changes. Adrenal gland insufficiency (Addison's disease) affects your adrenal glands' ability to produce hormones that help maintain your body's balance of sodium, potassium and water. Low levels of thyroid hormone also can cause a low blood-sodium level.
    • The recreational **** *******. This amphetamine increases the risk of severe and even fatal cases of hyponatremia.

Blood pressure is staying up over 140 over 78 head hurts body hurts most times 100

140/78 is not too bad and not considered high.
I had high blood pressure of 170/92.I controlled it by cutting out processed food and alcohol. In 2008 my father died and my bp went up. After a few months the doctors put me on bp tablets and told me I would be on them for life . Four months ago I stopped drinking alcohol and stopped eating bad stuff . Im two stone lighter now and my bp is stable. I have not taken BP tablets for 3 months now.
BP can raise because of salt intake, alcohol, stress and lack of sleep.
If your head hurts it is because your blood is pumping a little harder.I used to get lots of migraines.
Its easier to get tablets from the doctor but its best to look at yourself and self fix it.
