Hiatus hernia simptions

A hiatal hernia can have no symptoms at all if not severe.

Otherwise there may be:

pain in abdomen or lower chest
irritated cough

It is best to see a doctor, as all these signs can have other causes, and there is one type of hernia that can become quite dangerous.

Do you have any recipe for milk free ice cream? For lactose intollerant diet?? Perhaps Almond Milk or Soy Milk.

Here are some of the useful steps to make a milk free ice cream.
1.) Microwave the chocolate and butter-substitute for thirty seconds in a microwave-safe bowl.
2.) Add a dash of salt, and a splash of vanilla extract to taste.
3.) Put a scoop of marshmallow fluff into the bowl and stir it in thoroughly.
4.) Remove the spoon, lick it clean, and wait up to 5 minutes for your mixture to become room temperature.
5.) Place it in the freezer for 50 minutes, remove, and if it is still not frozen well, then stir it thoroughly and place it back in the freezer for another 20 minutes.

What is a hiatus hernia

Google it.
A hiatus hernia or hiatal hernia is a type of hernia in which the upper part of the stomach protrudes into the chest cavity through the esophageal hiatus in the thoracic diaphragm due to a tear or weakness in the diaphragm.
The most common cause is obesity. The diagnosis is often by endoscopy or medical imaging.

Could hiatal hernia result in severe retching - 4 episodes over about three hours - salad dinner with chicken five hours earlier

A hiatus hernia has been blamed for many things but I don't remember it being blamed for your food-poisoning-like symptoms.

I suggest you hop over to and ask your question again.

I have a hiatus hernia. Why are symptons are greatly increased directly after a cigrette. Vice-like pain around chest with tightness inside the female chest

Because the hiatus hernia is close to your heart and lungs. you are sucking in large amounts of tobacco contaminated air. You lungs are inflamed and swollen. Give up smoking, it is a k1ller and killed two of my wives. I know it isn't easy, but in your case, you need to. If you are overweight, you need to address that too.

Look the website link for what your hernia looks like and how it affects your chest. You heart is against that bulge in the image.

What are the benefits

GREAT question Danny Sawyer,

Most notably you can control the types of oils, amounts of sugar & salt... and highly processed flour you have in your diet.

A really good start.

When good health health is no longer an automatic GIVEN... (Ah... the joys of YOUTHFUL immortality (great while the perception lasted))... and you FINALLY realize LIFE is a terminal experience and you begin to read the the labels of the things you have been ingesting... Trusting YOUR local market to provide...!!

(forget ALL ABOUT ORGANIC (not that it is a bad thing))...

Just the LOW FAT milk (for example)... has SALT ADDED to make up for the loss of taste... Low fat everything contains MORE SALT.

Your own judgement would be better... FAT whole milk may make you chubby... Salt absolutely raise water retention, blood pressure... cause organ failures... followed soon by early termination...

It just takes a second: read those labels... Like your life depends on it (it does (I'm just saying)).

Making your own bread is a really good start...
(then those veggies... (rabbit food... an acquired taste).

Remember... you are what you eat... be well.
