SOURCE: The water froze in my intex spa and control beeps. Cant turn temp up. What do I do?

Try using a blow dryer to unfreeze the water.

When the pump is plugged in the heater an jets run the jets won't turn off

My intex spa shows error 96 and 143 degrees F. water is cold

well first the manual should say what a error 96 is but i'll save you the trouble , the control is saying heater failure as the water should never be 143 degrees this would burn/kill you if you got in , id look at temperature probe 1st (its in pipe right past the heater ) and next id look at control itself , sometimes water intrusion dammage in controller makes for some "funny" and wrong things to happen

My spa won't turn on an just beeps.

sounds like temp sensor is either loose or bad if only two weeks old call who you bought it from should be warrantied
