What model # do you have? Is there anything working at all like lights, fans, or displays?

On the Magic Chef site you can order parts for the cooler. I took mine out and treid to find them on the web somewhere else and could not locate them anywhere except China and England. I know this isn't true but tried every search option I could think of. They are about $22 plus shipping (HIGH). I have the same issue, same thing after approx 2 years,the zone on top stopped working, even leaking water if I leave it plugged... did you ever get any answer for this?

Check your thermostat setting, if the setting is ok then something wrong with your thermostat control.
