It is morally wrong to hit a child?

Yes it's wrong to hit a child, especially in the setting that you described. You cannot hit a child in a daycare, preschool, or school setting. In fact doing so can get you put in jail, make you lose your teaching license, and/or have to take child abuse classes. You do not have the authority nor the right to lay a disciplined hand on anyone's child but your own. Some would argue you shouldn't hit your own child, but that's something your family can decide and no one else.

Children learn by example. If you lose your temper when the situation gets rocky, they will be quicker to lose their temper. They can also "smell fear" as they say, if you start to panic in a situation, they are going to take full advantage of that situation and your state of panic to continue acting out/trying to get their own way.

Ways to handle young children without hitting:
Time out - don't just stick a child in a corner, but stick them somewhere away from the other kids. The idea is to isolate them so that they will want to behave to rejoin the fun. Ask for a genuine apology when you put the child down for time out, and make it clear that the child cannot participate until they are ready to apologize. The recommended time out length is one minute per age, so a five year old gets a five minute time out. Make sure that distractions like toys, doors, etc are away from the child so that all they can do is sit there

Make them a helper-you would be amazed how many wild children can be tamed by turning them into a helper. If you start to see a child acting out, say something like "Kristin I could really use your help passing out the crayons" or "Josh do you want to pass out the napkins for snack". Many times a child acts out because they don't feel important and assigning them a task makes them feel important

What is holocaust?

The Holocaust was a genocide in which Adolf H1tler's N@zi Germany and its collaborators killed about six million Jews. The victims included 1.5 million children and represented about two-thirds of the nine million Jews who had resided in Europe. Some definitions of the Holocaust include the additional five million non-Jewish victims of N@zi mass murders, bringing the total to about 11 million. Killings took place throughout N@zi Germany, German-occupied territories and territories held by allies of N@zi Germany.

Factors that make victims vulnerable and suspectible to crime. Age, Gender, Life style and Cultural affiliation

Which types of crime are the concern? For many, there are no useful patterns of correlating factors. Victimology of domestic violence is tragically not so useful as victimology of other violent crimes: the factors you list are not predictive. Other characteristics may show very strong patterns, but not in ways that benefit potential victims or identify likely perpetrators. One hopes that with better enforcement and much more regular prosecution, with resulting data finding apt and adequate analysis, this horrifically wasteful crime will be acknowledged and the deadly secondary traumas visited on victims by ignorant maladaptive misapprehension of citizens' constitutional rights' removal and responders' and others' exponential harm to victims and these actors' own social milieu and world view, when gender and slander are subservient to dumb demand for privileges and benefits earned by the injured, out of dumb assent to emotionally erratic demands, political fealty in place of personal responsibility, favoritism over gross letter of law and changing taxpayers into dependents of the state. One correlate of domestic violence victims is they are often victimized in many simultaneous arenas, suffer multiple traumas, all augmented by the social isolation and removal of all other resources, and concomitant reduction of her perceived integrity and social merit: victims are outcast, vilified for what are seen as dubious reports, slandering the attacker, judgements as to veracity are sui generis but used to deflect cries for help, and strip the mention of the too-common and costly, just in tax dollars lost from dead or crippled wage-earners, such that the rate of assaults, poisonings, strangulations, kidnap, etc grow to overwhelm state resources, and core social structure falls apart. Police, district attorneys, smily law attorneys, judges and bailiffs, and esp mediators reify the problem to deadly proportions, family and friends can't be blamed but should not be heard as credible, for blaming victims for random targeting for hideous crimes. Yes, it can happen to anyone. Anyone who takes insult from reports of the unthinkable, that insult visited on them by the reporting victim. Asde from 60% of victims sharing a feminine gender, and histories of abuse as early as infancy, the attribute most shared is death by suicide or homiide, kidnap of their children, theft of assets and career and access to medical care, reduction to prey by refusals of the very institutions we build and staff and elect to defend and protect and promote the general welfare. To me the consequence is more interesting than the mechanisms of failures, but only because I've seen the latter too much, too up close and personal. That this is the stuff that topples empires and lays waste to civilizations is kind of a no brainer, but almost impossible to reflect on until the easily dismissed must be confronted. Here's hoping you never face this monster. But anyone in our time, in any social circumstance, is vulnerable. Try your questiont again, but be more specific: criminals can be managed just as crimes predicted. Just not if its dv and pathological narcissism.

Child abuse is the physical, sexual, emotional mistreatment, or neglect of children.[1] In the United States, the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) define child maltreatment as any act or series of acts of commission or omission by a parent or other caregiver that results in harm, potential for harm, or threat of harm to a child.[2] Most child abuse occurs in a child's home, with a smaller amount occurring in the organizations, schools or communities the child interacts with.[citation needed] There are four major categories of child abuse: neglect, physical abuse, psychological/emotional abuse, and child sexual abuse.
Different jurisdictions have developed their own definitions of what constitutes child abuse for the purposes of removing a child from his/her family and/or prosecuting a criminal charge. According to the Journal of Child Abuse and Neglect, child abuse is "any recent act or failure to act on the part of a parent or caretaker which results in death, serious physical or emotional harm, sexual abuse or exploitation, an act or failure to act which presents an imminent risk of serious harm".

paint *********** in law with white paint, preferably gloss (harder to get off)or even better two pack epoxy , she'll be scrubbing for hours to get that off. As for your husband trade him in for a newer model, the children need more fun in their lives, then maybe they wont be so abusive.

I am in a relationship, but still i'm entertaining someone who is courting me

That is unkind and dishonest. You must choose. If you have children you must think of them. If there is no abuse in your relationship and you have love between you still, that must be considered.

You need to seek guidance from a professional counselor. If he is ever abusive, you must leave. It is never ok to abuse a person, ever. You must look inside yourself carefully to see why you think you like to be with a person who hurts you in so many ways. You must let him go and find a person who will really love you and treat you well as you deserve to be treated. That relationship was not safe, count yourself lucky to be out of it with your life. Find a professional to speak with to help you make healthy choices in your relationships. You deserve to be happy and safe from harm. Farmerbear at FixYa

What is XSS filters introduced in IE 8???

XSS is Cross Site Scripting.
XSS vulnerabilities enable an attacker to control the relationship between a user and a web site or web application that they trust. Cross-site scripting can enable attacks such as:
  • Cookie theft, including the theft of sessions cookies that can lead to account hijacking

  • Monitoring keystrokes input to the victim web site / application

  • Performing actions on the victim web site on behalf of the victim user. For example, an XSS attack on Windows Live Mail might enable an attacker to read and forward e-mail messages, set new calendar appointments, etc.
IE 8's filter shuts down this vulnerability.
