My father past away in 2009 he was the one who opened the account for me and am not working what can i do to cancel my credit account

To cactivate your Account,you must verify your account.Without Credit cards you also verify account by giving bank details.I think it helps.Let me know

hello unfortunitely this cannot be acheived for simple reason the same card cannot be used on two accounts as they keep records of accounts on paypal you may open a new account with different credit card ,or bank account they will lodge a small amount when you verify the amount your account will be enabled .you will need new email address and possibly new home address use a friends address ask before doing so ,when you have all the info register a new account

Since your credit card was linked to another PayPal account, you cannot use the same credit card with your current PayPal account.

To resolve this issue, you will have to contact PayPal customer support and provide them with the details. They will then check and verify your credit card information and take the necessary steps to register and link your credit card to the PayPal account. To contact PayPal customer support, kindly click the Contact Us link at the bottom of your PayPal page.

On the new page which opens, you will find two options for contact: Email and Phone (See attached image). If you wish to contact by email, click "Send Us" link.





If you wish to contact by phone, generate the Secure Web PIN by clicking the Call Us link and call the phone number given on the page which loads. The customer support executive will ask for your account information and this Secure Web PIN.
