I would like to know if I can be able to register my own private practise if I don't have primary health care qualification/clinical nurse practise ced=rtificate.

It depends on your location. Some states won't permit it. Whatever, don't advertise a qualification you don't have, that's not legal.

How do I ask my primary care physician a question?


Your best bet would be to call the hospital/clinic your PCP works out of. Most have a nurses line where you can leave a message for your PCP to return your call. If it is an already perscribed medicine the pharmacy it was sent to can also look up the information for you.

Don't feel guilty, just make sure that they will be well taken care of, find a home care that you are comfortable and they will be comfortable and never forget to visit them, it's the least thing you can do. You can also ask the home care if they could let you parents stay together.
