Question about The Office Equipment & Supplies
The nozzle stays in the all the way back position and won't move unless I cycle the remote all the way back several times then it might move to the center position. The nozzle will move so I don't think that is the problem. The nozzle will move so I don't think that is the problem.

SOURCE: Steam Nozzle
I've only had it fly off once. I think I didn't put it all the way on. Also make sure you clean the nozzle every time you use the steamer. Milk will clog the nozzle otherwise. My maker is right beside the sink and I rinse the nozzle immediately after steaming milk. I also run it through the dishwasher at least weekly. (This isn't a substitute for immediate clearing of the nozzle.) A clogged nozzle will always blow off the end.

What I had to do was take apart the vacuum head...which is very confusing, and the manual doesn't tell you how...the "secret" is to use a flat screwdriver to pop out the little wheels...there are two other screws "hidden" beneath them. Be careful as this exposes all the electrical parts as well - make sure you're unplugged! : )

Remove the nozzle on the end of the steam wand, them open valve to see if the steam wand works, if yes use a paper clip to clear holes on nozzle, if no remove steam wand where it is connected to the valve then open wand(steam will be spraying be careful). If you have steam there then clean wand and nozzle.
