Hello Lisa Stonger,

Please READ...

This is NOT the correct forum for THAT KIND (legal)
if FIXING... AMAZON CUSTOMER Support (see below)

BUT ...
(Please READ FURTHER: I an NOT a Lawyer):

AMAZON has developed into a HUGE CORPORATION
by providing a TRUSTED FORUM with a vast array of
products on an innovative platform... Providing customer protection enviable standards...

The ONLY WAY they can take money is if you
CARELESSLY "clicked" a "FREE TRIAL" without
reading it...

WHERE you have an advantage... Note: AMAZON
is truly trying to maintain their IMAGE of integrity & service...
and common law says there can be no contract without a meeting of the minds...
Your minds ARE (correctly) CONSIDERED to have met
once you have received (let's say) FREE SHIPPING by
clicking PRIME... A well known subscription service...

Okay.. we have established you are hopping mad...

As to hurling libelous/slanderous remarks at a
wealthy CORPORATION ... Not your best approach!

Consider your position:
"stealing" = You are wrong!
Not "AUTHORIZED" = wrong!

Cancelling your account... Always your option
Terminating (let's say) PRIME... "anytime"

If you treat them well they will bend over backwards to smooth over your situation... Just keep in mind YOU GAVE them the billing access.

Use the HELP link below...
and choose your words carefully... (simmer down)...
because you are NOT RIGHT. Hope I've helped.

I have received an email conformation of a purchase I have not made. I do not have an amazon account. No password therefore how do I cancel this order.

Don't worry. Just a bogus email. If you didn't order. Watch your credit cards and make sure you don't get charged. If you do, maybe call your bank. Some cards make you write to them within so many days of you noticing the fraudulent charge.

Cannot remember my kindle password and need to change bank details

You should have an email address associated with your Amazon Kindle account. Go to Amazon dot com and attempt to log on to your Kindle account. When you put in a wrong password it will reject it but there should be an option that says something like *forgot password?* You might have to enter a wrong password a couple of times before this option becomes available. Click on it and it should take you to a page where you can reset the password which means they will email you a new temporary one or something like answering your special questions right that you can use one time to log onto your account. Once on, you can create a new password and do your bank details changes.

Fixya is a help site run by a loose-knit group of volunteers. Fixya has made no charge to you. I suggest you contact the people who made the debit or your bank to reverse the charge.

Can I view my centrelink account to see credits and debits please.

Go to MyGov and set up your centrelink account there. It is the latest idea from our government. (use your customer number and add a password) Write down your password and put it where you can get it easily if you forget. (Under a magnet on the fridge, or on a filing cabinet).
Go to Humanresources and click on Centrelink. Log in and check your payments for 2014 - 2015. They should be there. Also, you should be receiving Centrelink online letters to let you know of any changes. You can also check by logging into your bank account. Set up a username and password with your bank online.
