I have the same vehicle in an automatic transmission. My car had the same problem, and it turned out that the thermostat was stuck open and had to be replaced. A simple 90 minute trip to the dealer fixed this. Bonus for me, as it was covered under warranty. I hope this helps!
Check your coolant fans and see if they turn on the only you can find out is by letting the car warm up and opening the hood to see if it's working and if so then it leaves one other problem wrong coolant type or the radiator is plugged up and maybe even one of the hoses are bad or plugged
