your paper feeding roller is dirty or worn out.
If you take out the paper from the printer you should be able to see part of the loer assembly. Clean it with a wet tissue and let it dry.
Afler theat give it ia try.

Hello, Thank You for using FixYa. I will be helping you today. Sometimes the pulley becomes glazed.. Use some sand paper and rough up the pulley on the motor and trans. Also make sure the belts on on the righ grove of the motor pulley.

Unless a printer is specifically designed to PRINT on CDs or DVDS, that's the problem. Usually a program called "LightScribe" is used to print on CDs or DVDs right in your DVD/CD Drive. For printers, use a Self Adhesive DVD/CD PAPER Label(s) that you can buy in the store. Inserting DVDs or CDs through a printer can really mess them up and Damage the rollers inside!

Have you tried Windows Explorer; "right" click on the drive and select 'Eject'?

Also, if it's not reading at times - sounds like dirty lense; use CD/DVD cleaner; you can buy those anywhere these days very cheaply.

If you want to print on canvas you need to use a plotter which use ink. An example is Roland or Epson. Personal i use Epson T5200 plotter and the result is awesome.

The D stands for duplex printing (both sides of paper)

Absolutely wonderful, concise,easy to follow directions on "paper feed" problem. Unfortunately it still does not work even after I did your directions twice...just in case! I will have to find a service store in my area. Any ideas?

the lazer might be going bad on the CD side instead of DVD side i recommend a new ROM drive
