Cash payments yes. Checks, Money Orders and Bank Drafts are proof of payments.

Proof of payment is usually sent tot eh financial or account department. Call customer support to be directed accordingly

You need to check with your bank and find out if the payment was cancelled for starters and if it went thru contact viagogo and tell them what happened and I'm sure they will replace or refund tickets

You will need to call the company you made the payment to and ask them what to do.

Sandy, You should have an account # if you paid, you will have to contact Netflix with a copy of proof of payment, with out proof of payment you may be out of luck.

State your problem in the email and include the transaction number.

You have nothing to worry, it is just a program/database error. The transaction number is a proof that the payment has been entered and it's just that it is not showing on your history as you try to view it.
Check also if it affected your balance and include it in the email.

Sometimes with big companies like these it is hard to gather enough proof to even get their attention, but in this case it seems as though you do have a good amount of proof, especially if they told you that they were having technical difficulties at the time of the email error. From what you have posted i would say that 90% of the burden is on them and they are responsible for damages ($270), but the other 10% is that it is your responsibility to have all the records and such, if you do (which it sounds like you do), i can recommend that you get on the phone with paypal and be relentless, make sure that you have your proof ready, but again, BE RELENTLESS. Don't let them convince you that it is your fault or that it never took place, because $270 is a lot to me and you, but not to a big company like them.
