I think you fried the internal charging circuit and or the battery. You may have to replace it or try for repair shop.

Unit will not turn on, used 1 month last year. reset button on end of cord. green light goes on, when i reset, green light goes off. when i plug into wall it kicks out reset button again.

Hi, I think the first step is to obtain a user manual for the unit, and quickly...if the documentation does not reveal what is wrong then you should take advantage of warranty need to find out if something is wrong and if it is get back to the supplier within warranty
If you have no documentation please provide details of make and model

Have acer one message says to plug into ac adapter

Check the AC adapter and power cord. It sounds as if either one end of the cord near the transformer box is loose, or the end that plugs into the computer is loose/not connecting properly.
Failing that, make sure the wall socket you have the cord plugged into has power (try plugging something else into it). If everything I mentioned checks out, there could be something wrong with your battery.

The following tips come website, hope this helps you. Question: What are things that I can check or do to get myphone working properly?

1.Make sure phone is not sharing an ac outlet with any other types of electronicequipment. 2. Make sure base ac adapter is not sharing a multi outlet plug. 3. Make sure phone cord is not plugged into a splitter, fax, computer or remoteanswering machine. 4. Check to see if the phone cord is plugged in properly. 5. Check to see if the AC Adapter has been properly plugged in, the outlet is onand working. 6. Make sure phone jack is working. 7. Phone cord needs to be plugged directly into phone jack to insure optimalperformance. 8. Make sure you are using the original ac adapter that came with the unit. (Itshould say Uniden on it) 9. Make sure proper battery is being used .(It should be the one that camewith the unit, or a new Uniden battery) 10. Make sure battery is installed and plugged in all the way.( It shouldclick in) 11. Move phone to a different location in the home. (Different phone jack) 12. Disconnect AC Adapter and reconnect it After 25 seconds. 13. Unplug the ac adapter from the outlet and your wii and just let it sit for about 5 minutes then plug it back in.

My Wii console won't turn on.

Usually, after a power outage, a power spike (when the power returns) can disable/blow the fuse in the AC adapter for the Wii.

- unplug the Wii's power cord from the wall, and leave it unplugged (from 5 mins. to 5 hours). Then, plug it back into the wall. (Unplugging the power cord from the back of the Wii will not help. You need to unplug the power cord from the wall.)
- This usually helps reset the fuse circuit in the AC adapter, and your Wii should work again.
- THEN, buy a SURGE PROTECTOR power bar, and plug all of your expensive items into it (to prevent this from happening again).

- open the panel on the AC adapter box in the power cord; since the screws are proprietary, you will need to creatively use existing tools to turn the screws
- check the 3A fuse in that box; if it looks blown, then replace it

- it might be cheaper to replace the AC adapter with another one

- get the unit repaired

Hope that helps!

N64 wont turn on... i miss it

Had the same problems.. the n64 just turned off after playing dr. mario for a few minutes... anyways, heres what worked for me

1. make sure your wall outlet works *sounds dumb, but better safe then sorry, plug in a light or something to make sure it works*

2. unplug EVERYTHING, controllers, vid cord, power etc

3. let everything be disconnected for about a minute or so, the AC adapter sometimes overheats and turns it self off which might be the problem.

4. ONLY plug in the AC adapter to the n64, make sure its firmly plugged in. turn it on.. it should light up now, if so, plug everything back in. enjoy :)

It is possible, but very rare that I have seen this, the unit's AC plug is not making good contact in to the wall socket. The extension cord's AC plug may be making better contact to the wall socket, and the socket on the extension cord is making better contact to the unit's AC plug. It could be something this simple.

In my mind however, I sort of think that there is a very intermittent fault, and it does not show up too easily. Sometimes moving a device can disturb it in such a way that its fault may not show up (fault gets to be masked). The fault may come back to haunt you. Time will tell which scenario is the right one.
