There is a fuse by the controller. Not easy to get to. Either pull the two screws holding the silver plate down behind the batteries or go up underneath the cart and move aside the plastic shield to get to it.

SOURCE: bxr1121 woofer not working connections

if you hook one of the other speakers to the wire for the woofer does the speaker work?

if so it is bad woofer

if not wiring is no good

there might be a circuit breaker that you push in on the on off switch or in other place

make sure if you are using speaker level connection that you are putting it in right place

it should be a line level input if this is a powered sub woofer

also there might be a volume control on sub also

be more specific on connections and where they are coming from if you need more help next time

good luck

SOURCE: I have an ezgo electric golf cart and I have now replaced the 60 amp link fuse that connects to the battery and black wire. When driving the golf cart just quits and when checking the fuse is blow. Th

This is not a car question, but generally speaking a fuse blows when the current in the circuit exceeds the limit of the fuse.
I would look at the amp draw of the motor if that is what runs on that circuit and also the connections. It could be that the motor brushes are wearing out and the motor is pulling too much current.
I'm somewhat lost on your description - - you say it is a 60amp fuseable link but you bought 20 amp fuses. Are you dealing with two different circuits ?

You have a dead short somewhere. Look for insulation off the wires, check to see if all connectors are not touching with space between. Make sure all is clean an look for burn wires an connectors, once I found a dead insect shorting out the connectors.

Probably a broken return spring or just corrosion. You would have to get under the cart to see if this is the DS model. If it's the precedent model, It is one unit in the floorboard.

Verify series battery wiring. The main positive wire which goes to the solenoid should be on a positive battery post, that will be your main positive. Then from there we go series to all the rest of the batteries until we are left with a negative battery post, that will be your main negative. Make sure your charger wires are connected to the mains.

Club Cart Golf Cart Reverse only

You don't have it connected right. The DC motor is 'polarity reversed' to change direction. That's what the controller does is reverse the polarity to the motor to change direction. If the motor is still working in reverse, then the controller is 'probably' okay. Recheck the connections you made.
