Why do we need Abroad studies ?

Globalists do not believe in American exceptionalism. And they are working toward a world government. They think people are "citizens of the world," so as such, they should know about and respect other cultures and ways of life. I personally think that "cultures" belong ONLY in test tubes in laboratories, and NOWHERE ELSE!

Because this person is very rude, he bosses his subordinates around everyday, they are afraid of him but they don't respect himbecause respect & afraid is two different things.

this is a problem for senior management or HR to solve
It could be a company culture or a person who needs better management skills
unfortunately people who behave like this are not capable of change so be prepared after talking with senior management that one of you will be asked to leave
Make sure that it is not you by having facts , time , place and witnesses to your arguments or other people who he treats the same

Why should I treat every race equally when not every race behaves equally?

For the sake of argument let us suppose that all persons having some physical characteristic a "race" and all those who are not in that particular "race" do not have that characteristic. To therefore conclude that the race behaves badly you would have to show there was a cause-effect link between the physical characteristic and the actions of every individual having the defining characteristic of that race. For example, if it were that blue-eyed people universally hated cheese and the rest of the world universally loved cheese you could say that there was a good chance that their was a causal link between blue eyes and hating cheese.

But when it comes to the real world scientist have never found a single action or attitude displayed universally by one "race" and not displayed by a single individual outside that "race." No casual link has ever been made between physical attributes and actions and attitudes. What causes people to act badly or well is not there race but their culture. And culture is not the result of race but of conditions, heritage and history. What is at work when you (seem to) claim that some races do not behave as well as others, is that you confuse culture with race. I suspect you do so because in your experience certain actions and attitudes have been consistently displayed by people with similar characteristics. You therefore sense that the race is the cause of the action and attitude. And while there may be a correlation between a certain physical characteristics and certain attitudes and actions, correlation is not causation. It is unlikely that we will ever find that a set of physical attributes unfailingly lead to a particular set of attitudes and/or actions. In other words, "race" is not the cause of the actions and attitudes you might label as "bad," but culture may be.

That there are cultures which are worse than others is hardly disputed, assuming you have any sort of preferences. But one "race" being better than another isn't tenable with our current understanding of how physical attributes influence attitudes and actions. It's culture my friend, not race.

Where do I get a Homelite Repair Manual for Model UT10532

As for me I went directly to homelite.com...
Needless to say the UT10532 was immediately NOT
recognized...

Early SEARS saws were in fact Homelites... and SEARS does maintain some very excellent libraries...

Personally I detest SEARS... so I'll make you look for the
searspartsdirect.com
(a couple of good sincere people I've dealt with there... have not out weighed to cultural incompetence encouraged by corporate leadership (a RUSTY Elite... who would have ever though a washing machine would be near water?))... TERRIBLE (to me) on
customer service.

Good luck with THAT.

What is the Biblical meaning of Tyesha

This is not a name from the Judeo-Christian Bible as far as I can tell. I searched a couple of English translations. It is certainly an interesting and pretty-sounding name. Throughout history people have developed new names for their children to reinforce their sense of cultural identity. This approach is a longstanding alternative to choosing more conventional or popular names which are more closely identified with, say, a dominant culture. Neither attitude is better than the other, as is attested by the multitude and rich diversity of personal names.

How valid is the letter posted on Facebook, about black culture in America, by William G. Lillas?

Who cares about some Facebook post? If you want to know about any culture, get to know your neighbors. If you want to lower crime, be honest yourself. Care about others. Talk to real people. Help real people. Get off the computer and get out into the real world. There is so much crime in America by all people because we are so alienated from each other. Care for others and crime will go away.

How does tourism bring positive impact on culture

You need to define culture. How does a 2012 Nissan Sentra affect tourism?
If you mean the effect tourism has on a local cultural group, there are many ways it can affect it positively. Culture can only develop if it faces change. Humans develop by change, so does everything they are involved in.
If a culture does not develop, it stagnates. For example, if a group of cannibals do not face the modern world where cannibalism is morally and legally wrong, they will never be able to fit into modern society, so they have to change their eating habits.
Tourism brings new ideas to a culture, and people get new insights of how the world outside of their own frame of reference think and operate. Without tourism, there would be no tourists who bring these new ideas to the culture within which they tour.
Tourism will also engender the wish in locals to see what is out there, and will encourage members of a certain cultural group to venture further than their own villages, towns or countries. When these visitors return home, they will relate their travel experiences to others, and so the culture will develop positively.
