Remove the front screen
Carefully Remove it
Pull the bottom off
Then remove the screws on the bottom of the screen
when you have them off lift the screen assembly up
be careful of the wire going to the panel
you can move the screen to the side and gain acces with out unplugging the wire but again be careful
clean the mirror and the projection bulbs
with glass cleaner and spray only on to the rag not the mirror or projection bulbs
Put it all back together and your picture should be bright as before

Does the Foxtel have a slot in the back marked HDMI Out? If so, this is the best possible connection to the Bravia. However you would need to pick up the HDMI cable (like bestbuy) It is a video & sound all in one. Do the 6 cords end in RCA jacks, and are they color coded?

SOURCE: Just bought a new panasonic
The SCART connector uses by default the RGB colors outputs, your tv might not support it. The full proof method to connect the box to the tv is to use the 3 RCA connectors : Yellow, Red and White. The image quality will be practically the same if you use a good cable.
