There is some water on the top shelf of the fridge. The freezer and fridge are working properly. I emptied the ice from the maker bin and started over. There was quite a bit of product in the freezer so I rearranged to make sure the rear fan and bottom front vents were clear for circulation. Any thoughts?

I was also able to see water come out of a vent type horn at back of refridgerator

I ahve water gathered at bottom and back of fridge however I close it properly everytime
Suggest a new solution for this problem
