SOURCE: Samsung Air Conditioner will not turn back on after power Outage

Turn off the circuit breaker and wait 10 mins, then back on.
Turn off all units, wait a about 1/2 hr. See what that does. Also, Turn only one unit on at a time and let it run 5 min before turning on the secon and the same withe third. An what remote island might that be? Good Luck, Ned

SOURCE: Air Conditioner cannot be turned on when power-light is flashing

The flashing light is a delay timer, usually activated when changing from heating to cooling and visa versa. The fact that the unit can only run from certain times shows that the timer is activated. You need to cancel the timer function on the remote.

Samsung air conditioner energy icon is flashing and outside unit is not working

The flashing light indicated that the unit is not getting power. That, or that the power went out. If the power went out, it might just need to be reset. Otherwise, the controller might need batteries.
