Hi and welcome to FixYa, I am Kelly
Your not going to hurt it by using it with the FC being displayed. FC = Filter Clean. This will appear after every 100 hours of use. Your supposed to remove the air filter and wash it. Usually you have to push the right button on the control panel (often labeled mode) and either the UP or DOWN temp arrows for 3 - 5 seconds to get your display back to normal. Pushing the Up arrow at the same time as the MODE switch should get you a Fahrenheit Display. Pushing the Mode button and the Down arrow at the same time should get you a celcius Temp display.
( I am pretty sure you have to do this on the unit and not with the remote. )
Why manufacturers DO NOT put this information in their user manuals is a bit baffling to me as a service tech. HiSense is not the only one that omits this information.

Should the steps above not resolve your FC display call your HiSense Distributor and ask them how to you reset the Filter Clean (FC) Display. They will be able to tell you over the phone.

Like I said in the beginning your not going to hurt it by using it with the FC being displayed. If you change the temp up or down by 1 deg you will see the display for a few seconds then the FC will re-appear until you reset it.

This is the AU Contact data:

Phone: 1800 HISENSE (1800 447 367)
Fax: .
Email: enquiries@hisense.com.au

Email them and ask how to reset the FC on the display. Remember you will get this display every 100 hours of operation.

Thanks for choosing FixYa,
Kelly

Hi i have nc4200 it is booting but no display could you tell me what would be the problem

Please indicate whether it completely has no display immediately on startup or if the display disappears just before windows loads. if it has no display completely, then you coud be having a flex cable or LCD problem and you may have to replace it.

Washing machine will not complete the wash cycle

The timer could be sticking OR: Is the machine empty of water when it stops? This information may help solve your problem?

To reset page counter after replacing the OPC belt or FC Roller please follow the steps below:
  • Power the printer on while holding down MENU/ENTER key
  • Release the key when the display shows "Utility Menu Clear FC. Roll"
  • If you have replaced the FC Roller then select this option by pressing MENU/ENTER key, if you have replaced the OPC belt then change this option by pressing MEDIA key so the display changes to "Utility Menu Clear Belt CG".
  • When one of these options is selected by pressing MENU/ENTER key, the display will change to "Utility Menu Clear FC. Roll/ Clear Belt CG Not Execute" by pressing MENU/ENTER key again the display will change to "Execute"
  • Press the MENU/ENTER key again after 10 seconds the display will change to "Completed Clear FC. Roll / belt CG"
  • Now power the printer off and after waiting few seconds power it on again, after it's initial self-diagnosis the printer should now work normally without the error message.
