Hi,
a 6ya expert can help you resolve that issue over the phone in a minute or two.
best thing about this new service is that you are never placed on hold and get to talk to real repairmen in the US.
the service is completely free and covers almost anything you can think of (from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones).
click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.
goodluck!

It will not turn on

Search for "viore" at -> http://www.electronica-usa.com/Merchant2/merchant.mvc?Screen=SRCH&Store_Code=EU
There are a few power supplies listed. I am not familiar with your specific model but if you open it up you will probably find that the power supply has blown capacitors.

Viore LC32VH55 HDTV IR code. Is it updated in the URC-4021 controller ? TV uses NEC1- Protocol 96-157. I think the code is an AKAI of 1207. Cn U verify and solution

After A LOT of blog reading and a few tech support calls, I think the only codes are 11207 and 11684 but neither work for my new Viore LC32VH55. I wouldn't have bought it had I known it wasn't compatable with Directv! I can't believe that there's no solution for this... I can't turn the volume up or down without using the tv remote and I'm so frustrated!!! Anyone know if a universal remote will work for both the Directv receiver and this stupid Viore TV?

Don't buy a VIORE! It's an okay tv but not worth the hassle!

Wow, viore sucks at making tv's and customer service

First,Most Manufactures only give a one year warranty on the parts and labor. You can look at the original Purchase Receipt for the tv for the Purchase Date. From that date you have a one year warranty. If you are past the one year then you are out of warranty and you pay for the cost of repair. Second You probably have a bad Power Supply and or a bad Main bd. Call the manfacture and ask for their Tech Support and go from there.

Cablevision remote won't work viore tv

I was able to program my viore tv by trying the code search:
1. Press the tv and sel buttons until the IO button turns red.
2. Press channel up or down until the tv turns off and the press the tv button to lock in the code.
Ps: Be pattient when searching for the code, it might take a while. HOPE THIS HELPS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

SCREEN BLANK....

I have over 10 years experience in electronic tech support. Currently I work for Viore customer service. Our customer service phone number is 216-454-0868.

I know this isn't what you want to hear, but the problem you've described can't be fixed with troubleshooting. Your TV will have to be repaired. There is a part that has developed a defect and needs to be replaced. The repair will cost a minimum $250 to $300 with parts and labor. If you're interested in going forward with repair, take the TV to a repair shop in your area to have the problem diagnosed. The tech will give you a copy of the work order showing the part(s) needed to complete the repair. Then you'll call the above number and ask to speak with Raphael at ext. 3115. The work order will be forwarded to the corporate office and they will contact you with the price of the replacement parts. You will be charged for the parts directly to avoid any markup by the repair shop. The part will be shipped directly to whatever repair shop you choose.

I hope I've provided you useful assistance and that this information allows you to make an informed decision as to how to proceed from here. I hope I've earned a positive rating from you today.

Please let me know if I can be of further assistance.
