I have just lost my telkom line which i loaded with monthly data bundles and is my mukuru account line .it is in a dongle which i believe is still on can you track it for me

Telkom cables are either faulty or stolen, and Telkom refuses to replace the copper cables and refuses to put Fibre Optics in our area.

You might want to consider getting a cellular hotspot device. For example, I use AT&T... I live out in the countryside and there are no hard wired Internet providers in my area. With this device, I can access the internet on AT&T's 4G cellular network. The device alone is $100 and your monthly bill will be determined by whatever GB package plan you feel is necessary for you to do what you need to do with it. Copy and paste link into your browser bar...

My telkom line, internet and wi-fi have been down since 23 Nov 2017 . I have reported it over two months now, and still nobody from telkom has contacted me or been here to fix the problem.

Did u log a fault on 10210?
Did you get a reference number for the fault log?
In the absence of this reference number you have no proof that it was ever logged. If you do have it, call 10210 again(from any telkom phone..its a free call so even a phone booth will suffice) and request an update using that reference.
If that doesn't work.. visit your nearest Telkom store/office and express your concern in person..

1. Access email.

2. Ask for Help

3.Logon to fixed line service or mobile service.

Telkom faults

Telkom :They could'nt solve my problem properly for over 6 mths.It was an on & off issue - only thing they was send out acc.every month. Eventually they ran 2 acc.nos. for the same phone no.I eventually cancelled my line & settled for my cell.
Keep a proper record of all calls made to them --
date -time- person u spoke to-& insist on a keep your acc.bills.
They are not very helpful but are quick to threaten u with legal action.
