Hi,
a 6ya expert can help you resolve that issue over the phone in a minute or two.
best thing about this new service is that you are never placed on hold and get to talk to real repairmen in the US.
the service is completely free and covers almost anything you can think of (from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones).
click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.
goodluck!

SOURCE: how do i fix the problem and start my microsoft money again

Here is the link to the resolution listed in the microsoft knowledge base.

http://support.microsoft.com/kb/317904

Hopefully it isnt a software that was preinstalled on your machine..if that is the case then a reinstall may be difficult. Contact the manufacturer of your system they should have a replacement cd for you.

Good luck !!!

SOURCE: Google end user licence agreement

To stop the problem completely, you need to go to 'Task Manager' then 'Processes' click EULA.exe then 'right click' and click 'Open File Location' do that with all EULA.exe and go to the open folder and delete all the files associated with it or delete all you see on that folder. Restart window afterwards and you will see the problem is gone.

SOURCE: Google end user licence agreement

The problem here is that you are not seeing the entire screen. Your screen resolution is probably set to 800x600 this needs to be increased to at least 1028x764.

To do this (in Vista) go to Start > Control Panel > Appearance and Personalization > (under the header Personaltion) Adjust Screen Resolution

Slide the bar in the center of the popup window to the right to achive a higher resolution. Click OK.

After you do this you should be able to see the entire license agreement.

I am trying to format my virus rdden computer, however when I get to the point of accepting the agreement with windows (after booting from the cd) it won't allow me to accept. what do I do?

Generally this occurs when F12 is pressed multiple times causing the keyboard to stop responding because the keyboard buffer is full.

At boot, when the Dell Splash Screen Appears press the F12 key once when the progress bar is 70% across the screen (System should beep ONCE) then select the optical drive and press spacebar when prompted. The keyboard should work fine after that.

Assistance Required

Every time you turn it on you have to accept the agreement. (It's so that if you have an accident, you can't sue them by saying that you didn't know that it's dangerous to look at the display while you're driving.)
