Check the remote control for its infra-red emission. Check it with fresh batteries. Check by pressing all the buttons on it; and see whether all of it generates infrared signal while pressing. If it is found OK, check and replace the infrared sensor inside the TV. If you wish to get some details; check the site linked here. It has details about how to check a remote control; by one among the post. Pull up older posts. If the remote control is found OK; check and replace the infra-red sensor inside the TV. Contact any service technician.

My guess is that the OSD function can only be enabled directly at the Panasonic TV.

My Sansui HD LED TV cuts the border of my frames when I connect my PC

To fix this go into your screen resolution settings on your computer while connected to your TV. Start at the highest possible resolution and keep moving down 1 setting at a time until you get to a setting that fits the screen perfectly.

I can't watch direct tv because the remote is in avi mode. whatever that is. i'm housesitting, know NOTHING of this system except that i want to watch tv and am dreading telling the owners who

AVI should be Audio Video Input---means you have it set for the rear jacks--a lot depends (which you likely do not know) how the set is connected---look for a button if using just one remote for this marked input or device--or source which will change which input is being used.

As a alternate idea if you can Google the model number of the set or the remote for "manual" which would give you idea of how each works---Google is a fast and good source for information.

When i plug my camera into the HD tv via HMDI port nothing shows up on the tv. what am i doing wrong?

On my HD Tv, I have to press the "Input" button on the remote - and that displays a list on the screen.... Aux, TV, PC, Game, HDMI. Find the equvalent button on your TV Remote and select the HDMI port as the "Input" and you should be good to go.

Viera Link not work between two brand new Panasonic devices

You need to select setup from the TV menu then switch the Viera link on. I think retuning must have switched it off.

Panasonic remote and volume/channel buttons do not work

My son put a penny in the SD card slot of my Pansonic flat screen tv. I finally got the penny out but now the volume and tv controls do not work. I can change the channels through my cable box but that is it. The volume does not work on my cable remote or the flatscreen. What do you suggest I do to fix this problem?? Thanks, Josh

No response to any button on remote or tv except power button

Press the 'Favorite' button on the remote. You may have accidentally pressed it. It locks the channel. Pressing again unlocks.

No video with HDMI port

try 2 things, first use the rgb cables or video (yellow) cable and plug it into the tv using one of the imports..(vid 1,2,3 etc...) and see if that works. then check to see if you get a picture by not using the cable box, by pass it and connect it connect it in the uhv channel. also make sure you have it on the right input of the tv (meaning scroll through the input button on your remote to find the picture...i've done this a million times). still no picture try your dvd player input and if you have a vhs input see if that works. if it is the hdmi input...to be honest it's expensive and a pain to replace...
