SOURCE: lines of text are blurred or jagged

Hey, Matthew here. If you go in to the settings of the printer and then advancd, there should be a head alingment options- it will print out some pages with crooked and straight lines and ask you to pick ones to calibrate it. It is very easy and should only take 5mins. Hope this helps, Matt.

It sounds very much like a failed printhead or printhead driver; the circuit that controls which jet is addressed or left blank.

CANON IP 4300 PRINTERS WILL ONLY PRINT ALTERNATE LINES

I think your text document didn't fit the page. I have done that before. It overruns and the extra becomes the lines inbetween. To fix this use microsoft publisher to print it so that you can choose the paper size and the borders and fit the document within the space allowed.

Linking text boxes

Step 1 - Locate the page where you want the text linking to begin. Select the Link tool (second from the bottom on the tool palette--it looks like a chain link).

Step 2 - Click on the box you want linked. The icon will change to look like the links of a chain. Click on the mouse; you will see a moving, broken (dashed) line around the text box.

Step 3 - Go to the text box that is going to be next in the link. Place the cursor in the box and click on it. You will know the boxes have been linked by the thick black line extending from the first of the linked boxes to the second. Continue to link boxes until you have come to the end of your text. Click onto another icon on the toolbar to leave the "link" feature.

Mic

Before you can set your mic as default in any chat program you have to make it default on your computer first. Especially if you have a laptop where you will now have multiple choice for mics
Vista audio set-up
BODY,.aolmailheader {font-size:10pt; color:black; font-family:Arial;} a.aolmailheader:link {color:blue; text-decoration:underline; font-weight:normal;} a.aolmailheader:visited {color:magenta; text-decoration:underline; font-weight:normal;} a.aolmailheader:active {color:blue; text-decoration:underline; font-weight:normal;} a.aolmailheader:hover {color:blue; text-decoration:underline; font-weight:normal;} TEST SPEAKERS Right click on speaker icon in System Tray Select "Playback Devices" The speaker icon ( checked as working) and volume level graph should be visible Right click on the volume graph and click "Test" Left hand speakers followed by right hand should be heard SET DEFAULT & TEST MIC Click "Recording" tab. Set required mic as default - click on mic font to highlight and click "Properties" In lower dropbox display "Use this device enable" click OK
Click "Levels" tab and set sliders to 100% ( adjust to suit later) Return to "Recording". Test mic by speaking and make sure volume graph displays
Restart computer
Retest

When you go into a program to use your mic you will have to tell that program which mic is default
WLM (MSN)
Open menu > Tools > Audio & Video setup

SKYPE
