Question about Refrigerators
Green pilot lamp indicates circuit/compressor failure. This issue occurs when the temperature control system fails or there is the issue related to compressor. If you have electrical expertise then you can check all the connections at the back of freezer if they are burned, if not then, I'll suggest you to get this thing serviced from a licensed refrigerator technician as it requires licence to repair/service compressor or compressor related issues.
Please do accept the solution if the issue is resolved or else revert for further assistance.
