Does it have a primer bulb? If so, make sure the bulb is not cracked. Also, make sure the fuel lines are not cracked and the fuel supply line reaches the bottom of the tank. Fuel lines, as silly as it sounds, degrade when exposed to gas for long periods of time. If they are cracked it will draw more air than fuel and not allow the engine to run. You can buy replacement fuel line/primer bulb kits for under $10 at practically any hardware store.

the mechanic should adjust the idle of the fuel pump because.I think there are much gas that is going to the engine.and also check the air filter if there are dirt on the filter then replace filter .for sometimes it can be the exhaust.

dear friend-close to your thermostat housing there is a sensor that controls the idling that steps up the idling when the vehicle is cold and returns when vehicle is hot, replace this sensor and your problem will be solved.

When blower speed does not increase even after complete cleaning ans service has been carried out usually two factors can be attributed to it. The first being the trigger control being out of place therefore not transferring the increase request to the fan or the fan motor being weak as a result of wear and tear. Usually due to old age the fan motor would reduce its speed if this happens to be the case then a replacement fan will be the best solution.
Although there is the off chance of the power which is supplied to the fan to be insufficient therefore low blowing power will be supplied. Check on these and get back to me.
Hoping to hear from you soon
