I'm gonna state the obvious here, push the reset button below the on/off button and if that doesn't work and nothing else does, carefully take the screws out and take out the battery and put it back in. it should reset it. you could also touch a small bit of wire to a certain piece of the chip and that would work too. but there is a possibility you could touch the wrong part of the chip and it would be fried
