Question about Cell Phones
According to the information I found, the Alcatel Pixi is an Android device running Android Marshmallow (6.0).
It means that during the wizard set up, you should have an option to skip the wireless set up and even the google account log in. The word SKIP should be display in the bottom left corner of every page during the set up.

a 6ya expert can help you resolve that issue over the phone in a minute or two.
Best thing about this new service is that you are never placed on hold and get to talk to real repairmen in the US.
the service is completely free and covers almost anything you can think of.(from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones)
click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.

You can't, that sounds like a PUK Code if it comes up AFTER a hard reset. The hard reset clears consumer set pass codes and lock patterns. The phone may have been locked because it has been reported lost or stolen. It is also locked if the wrong passcode is inputted too many times. You have to contact the cellphone provider of that phone. They have locked it at firmware level using an encrypted key. The will give you a 6 number key.
and then this
So your phone asks for PUK Code and you ask if there is another way

They usually work if you are away from magnetic aberrations. Take it out to an isolated area in a field, away from power lines or metal structures. Also don't take any electrical or metal devices with you either.
Calibrate the compass by moving the phone in a figure 8 pattern, or follow other calibration instructions. If that doesn't work, perhaps your phone has no internal magnetic compass sensor.
