SOURCE: Micro SD card not read
The Sansa c250 and lower cannot read SDHC cards. They must be regular SD cards for the c250 to "see" them. That is, they must be of 2GB capacity or lower. If the card is 4GB or higher, it is a SDHC card and will not work.

I believe this company is located in China. Their website states that their products aren't brand name. My advice, buyer beware.

I found the micro card insertion to be a pain on this phone. If you're looking down at the top of the phone, the micro card goes into the phone with the bottom up (brass contacts facing upwards), then you will have to use your fingernail to get that ****** to lock in. Sometimes I get so frustrated that I use the tip of a pen or whatnot to get the card to lock in. I hope this helps, but it could be a technical issue with something wrong with the card loading slot.

This Tablet Personal Computer [PC] takes Micro Secure Digital [SD] Cards.
To transfer pictures from a Digital Camera to this PC, if the Camera also
takes Micro SD cards, is simply a matter of removing the Micro SD card from the Camera and installing it in the PC's Micro SD Card Slot and then waiting for the PC's AutoPlay function to serve up the photo files stored on the card, which can then be Dragged and Dropped into a photo folder on the PC.
the Camera takes SD Cards, then a Micro SD to SD Card Adapter is required so
that the PC's Micro SD Card can fit in the camera before pictures are
taken and then disconnected from the adapter afterwards, for re-insertion in the PC.
the Camera takes a different type of Memory Card, then a Multi Card Reader
might be required, which would be connected to the computer's USB Port
and the Memory Card slotted into its matching slot in the Card Reader.
