I am on a road trip and entering California. But I want to know if the are toll roads in all of California or just in Orange County. When I try and look it up, it only shows "Fastrack" as an option.

http://www.thetollroads.com/help/rentals

The following roads do not accept this payment method:
  • 91 Express Lanes in Orange County
  • 10/110 Metro ExpressLanes in Los Angeles
  • 125 South Bay Expressway in San Diego
  • I-15 Express Lanes in San Diego
  • I-580 and I-680 Express Lanes in the San Francisco Bay Area
  • Bridges in the San Francisco Bay Area, including the Golden Gate Bridge
Before driving a rental car on The Toll Roads, it is recommended that you ask the rental car company how they process tolls and fees. Many rental car companies offer ways to pay tolls and have them charged conveniently through your rental agreement. If the rental car company or branch location doesn't allow you to pay tolls through your rental agreement, you can pay tolls online using our One-Time-Toll payment option. Additionally, some Avis and Budget car rental locations in California have certain vehicles equipped with FasTrak transponders that allow drivers to use any tolled bridge, lane and road in California for a nominal fee. The rental car companies listed below offer the option of paying tolls through your rental agreement.
Renters will be charged the tolls incurred and the convenience fee outlined in the rental car agreement. Please contact the rental car company for more information and convenience fees that may be assessed after for driving The Toll Roads or other tolled roads and bridges in California.
If you have additional questions, you can also contact your rental car company's customer service center.

I wish to sign up for billing on line

Paying your bills online can save you time and save money on envelopes and stamps.
Once you complete the sign-up process for online bill pay you can set your bills to be paid automatically.
Online bill pay can also help ensure your bills are on time even when you leave them until the last minute.
Some banks charge a fee for online bill pay so if you are planning on paying most of your bills this way, consider opening an account that offers free online bill pay.

Log into your bank's online banking website.
If you have not registered for online banking you may have to contact your bank during business hours to register.
Locate the online banking link on the website.
Read your bank's online bill pay policies and fee disclosure that should be displayed once you click the online bill-pay link.
You must agree to these policies and fee disclosure before completing registration for online bill pay.

Click the add payment or new payment link to set up your first online bill payment.
Enter any information requested by your bank.
Your bank will normally ask for the name of the creditor or utility provider, address and the normal amount of payment.
You may also be asked for the due date for each month.
If the due date is not the same each month you should set the due date for the earliest possible.

Click the save or accept button. Repeat the process for each of your bills you wish to pay online.

Money was taken out of my ck acct and i did not give permison whats happend to my money please.im in a home and all i have is gone ,cant pay the rent w/my money stollen pls help me

You should be careful how and which sites you pay money one, choose sites that offer payments via PayPal, its one if the most secure and trusted online payment solutions.
If you are making online payment transactions, always use a credit card and not a debit card, it is a more secure and safer way of making payments.

For this particular problem. if you paid using a credit card, you can perform a credit card charge back and they will help you get back the money if they get proof that your money was stolen. Visit your bank for more assistance on that.

Thank you for using Fixya,

Hi I am trying to pay a NC traffic citation online for a friend using my credit card. Will the payment process accordinly even though the citation was not issued to me?

This should not affect the payment as long as she is listed in the form you are filling out for the payment if you use your name they will not find it or your friends ticket because it is in your name.
Money is money the only time really a credit card your name will be needed online is when you purchase items and shipping is different address and they need to have the exact information on the card and some places will not ship items unless they go to the credit card holders address.
A fine I pay a fine that is not mine and no problem as long as the form before you pay has your friends full first and last name and address and phone etc. Unless otherwise stipulated it will go through for you and your friend. Thanks for using FixYa! do not forget to vote John
