Kindly go through the following steps
1 . Push and hold the reset button continuously at the back of the player for 40 seconds when it is plugged in.
2 . Release the reset button after 40 seconds and unplug the power cable and plug it back after 10 seconds.
3 . Then redo the setup of the player and activate the device.
