SOURCE: Won't pump out water at the end of wash or rinse cycle.

I don't know this model at all, but hada similar set of syptoms on an electrolux .....

Just a thought, but have you checked the pump chanber is not impeded by a stray hairgrip, or bit of wire?

The fact it doesn't pump when it should, but allows water to pass when the centrifugal force of a spin cycle builds up, would indicate that maybe its the pump that either has a jammed impeller, or a blown motor (or fuse).

SOURCE: Can it be set to water every other day

Assuming that your model number is 3018 you just need to keep cycling through the frequency options by pressing "change". The hourly options end with "h" and the day options end with "d". So "2d" means every other day. Press "accept" when you come to "2d".

Melnor 4 zone aqua timer dosent follow program

Water timers and Melnor timers last a year or two. They come with 1 year warranty for defects in workmanship.
Change batteries, reset timer if there is a reset protocol, buy another timer. Melnor, Orbit, are major brands. Gardena is not supported. Yardworks repackages other brands.
Copy following link for all watering and irrigation timers on market, with links to manuals for each brand:
