my webcam window will not open when i click on to it. it loads up on my computer,say's the camera as loaded successfully,i see my image in the box on the computer, but i still can't click on,hope you can help me with this problem,many thanks mr l j roberts.

when i open my webcam theres no light,the screen is black and the person is not viewing
