Please post a model number for better results and help. If you have a smart TV and it is set up to you wireless internet you can get updates there if not you can go to www.samsung.com and put in your model number under support and it will tell you if there are any firmware updates for your TV. If there is you can download the file to a flash drive from a computer and then plug it into the USB slot on your TV and then go into the menu and find the software update in your menu and select it and the TV will see if the firmware you downloaded is newer then the version already on your TV if so it will ask you if you want to download it you just say yes and wait until it is completely done then the TV will turn off then back on by itself and your done, remove the flash drive and enjoy your Samsung TV.

You will either need a Smart TV or a device with internet capabilities. Such as gaming consoles, Blu-ray players etc.. They should have the Amazon app. If they don't you can use the devise to download the app. Sign into your account. You can also connect a laptop to a TV with hdmi cables.
