Hi,
a 6ya expert can help you resolve that issue over the phone in a minute or two.
Best thing about this new service is that you are never placed on hold and get to talk to real repairmen in the US.
the service is completely free and covers almost anything you can think of.(from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones)
click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.
Goodluck!

SOURCE: Quest cannot offer a feature

There are other ways, besides the Do Not Call list that screen calls either actively or passively.

Here's a link to s summary of products. I don't endorse the web site, but we have used some of the products.

In most cases, it's probably easier to just let the answering machine screen the calls.

SOURCE: How do I block a phone number that repeatedly calls me?

As far as I know, you can only do this if your telephone company provides you with the ability to add numbers to a "blacklist". Putting a number on this list prevents the phone from ringing and will not allow the caller to leave a message. The caller will either hear a ringing indication or an outgoing message played to them. You would normally sign into your account of your carriers web site and add the info directly yourself.

I am unaware of any phone itself being able to do this on its own - but they may be out .

https://www.donotcall.gov/ register that number with this site,, its a telemarketer and they won't stop until you add that number to the link I sent to you,, if you try and call it back, its going to say ,, unused number because they block incoming calls, its used for outgoing only and usually say some garbage about you've won blah blah blah,, Its a scam, if your phone service has the ability to block numbers do that , you can check this link for other numbers that may call you also

How do you block a number

as far as i know there is no way to block a specific phone number anyone cellphone...

or you can try this one

Some phones have an option called a rejection list. It would be under call settings if you have this option. You would simply add the number to the rejection list and the call wouldn’t go through. Actually the caller just goes straight to voice mail.
If you do not have the rejection list, then assign a silent ringtone to the person. That way the person calls, you won’t hear them calling. You can just ignore the call.
Maybe try this…text the person saying “Your messages have been blocked by (state your own number). Message 111.” The person will think you blocked their text messages. If they text again, reply with the same message.
You also change your number if you wish to go that far. You also tell the person that every call and text is now being forward to the police. That should hopefully scare them and then they would stop

I have a decree from a scottish court and want to enforse it in england how do i do that

First you need to obtain a Certificate of Money Provisions from a Master or district judge, then you register the certificate in the Register of Judgments of the Books of Council.
When you have received the extract and warrant, you can instruct a Sheriff Officer, or a Bayliff to attempt to enforce the decree.

see:

How do I enforce in Scotland a money judgement of a court in England or Wales?

If you need more clarifications and detail, give a call to a local solicitor, see:

How can I get a solicitor or legal advice?

My caller i.d. quit working all of a sudden (yes, the electrical is plugged in)

The process is called ANI and from what I know, there is nothing you can do to shut it off. However there are a lot of phones that don't allow ANI to send the information for your caller ID to decode.
